Quick Pasta Recipe

Sometimes when I am in a rush and the kids are hungry, I would make this up in a jiffy.

It's healthy. Full of vegetables. Minimal cooking.

Easy and Simple.

250g of fusili/penne pasta.
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot. - chopped into thick slices.
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1/2 cup of beans or snow peas - thinly sliced.
1 Sausage. - Cooked and thickly sliced.
50g of shredded parmasean cheese.
Chicken Stock
Olive oil, to taste.


  1. Boil the water. Pop the pasta in for approximately 15 minutes, till al dante. Throw in the carrots after 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. On a separate saucer, add a tablespoon of peanut oil. Throw in the garlic and stir fry.
  3. Add in the cooked sausage, snow peas and pasta. Give it a quick toss in the wok.
  4. Then add the salt, pepper, chicken stock (or powder) to taste.
  5. Lastly, add the baby spinach and toss in the shredded parmasean cheese. Stir in the work. Add a sprinkle of olive oil to the pasta.
  6. Serve on a plate.
